the approved plan for Ajami neighborhood, existing buildings which were situated along the planned Kedem St. route were set for demolition. The approval of the plan was set by the regional committee with A prerequisite to provide a local alternative for the new route of Kedem St., in a way that will be -- adapted to the pre-existing construction in this area. This plan, which is a bypass plan for the Kedem route along the section between Hasan Arafa School at the North and 3136 St. at the South.

The plan continues the character of the present construction in Ajami neighborhood, as per Plan 2660 which is still in force.

The construction will be in accordance with the construction guidelines of Residential Area D, included in the Plan 2660. (150% principal areas - as per the plan's guidelines).

The plan adds within its area about 80 residential units to the 14 residential units proposed in the approved plan.
