MAKOM Architecture and Urban Planning was established in 2003 by Architects Yosefa Debra and Sigal Seroussi.The firm's distinction stems from many years of specializing in both the public system, in various areas of urban and region planning, as well as in comprehensive architectural design for the private sector. The firm handles projects of urban planning, architecture and interior design. 

Since January 2007, the firm is managed by Architect Sigal Seroussi, while Architect Yosefa Debra took the position of Chief Architect of the city of Beersheba.Most of the firm's work is done in the area of urban renewal, whether as master plans for various municipalities or as specific plans from the preparation of the master plan and its approval, and until its implementation by means of issuing permits and planning its execution.

The work is done in an integrated manner from the master plan preparation stage ad until the detailed planning as per the customer's needs and requirements, while saving time and maximizing potential possibilities in order to create high-quality architecture.Some of the firm's tasks are done in collaboration with other leading firms in their line of work:These collaborations enable a broad perspective of the customer's needs, and providing a personal and unique solution to each project.
