The purpose of the plan the construction of a residential and employment complex through texture construction of 7 to 9 floors with continuous building-side along the street and commercial facades, with an emphasis on the development of the urban and public space, creating an urban continuum between Florentin neighborhood at the North and Bezeq complex at the South, while preserving the architectural values and developing a public park area as an open private area at the center of the complex for the benefit of both the city's inhabitants and the occupants of the site.
