Developing the water tower as a tourist attraction and its integration as part of Jaffa tourist track.

Developing the routes leading to the tower, mainly from the park side.

Opening the path (or part of it) from the direction of Hapa'amon St.

Developing the tower's plaza as an orchard with seating tables for the cafe and playground.

Building a staircase and an outdoor elevator for the tower's observation deck.

The proposed tower includes an observation deck, a cafe on the ground floor and a gallery/display on the upper floors, service spaces on the basement floor.

The unique design of the tower, its location, and its surroundings scenery make it a unique phenomenon in the city.
