A residential project with ground-floor commercial unit was designed on a unique lot with four facades, situated on a future square  The building has been designed as a building surrounding a private courtyard, with the commercial unit at its perimeter facing the square, and the residential unit facing the inner courtyard. The project was planned in parallel with preparing the TPS for Neve Tzedek East (TPS 3386). Thanks to our early intervention in this project we were able to cancel the easement planned in the new CBP and assured the full realization of the plot's rights. The project, as it was designed, was determined by the design team of Tel Aviv municipality and was even included in the CBP. The permit issuing process awaits the final approval of the CBP.
