The proposed building:

The proposal includes preservation of the ground floor of the present building and reconstruction of historic facade facing the street, while making changes for the purpose of the commercial facade, digging a basement, and adding infrastructures.

In addition it is also planned to add two floors and an attic, subject to the rights and provisions of the effective scheme.
