• The plan for the Reality Foundation, covering an area of ​​approximately 4.5 dunams, including two plots located in the southwest side of Harav Kook St. at the entrance to Herzliya.

 

  • The plan alters the zoning from a communication building to residential, adds rights to the complex, and proposes the construction of a high-quality residential complex that will form a festive entrance to the city, while implementing urban renewal and providing a solution for the shortage in small apartments.

 

  • The plan proposes expropriating the road in order to expand Harav Kook Street and creating an avenue along it with strips of open public areas. Its southern side is divided into two strips, one of a large garden in the East as an open public area for the benefit of the local residents and a construction strip of two residential buildings in the West.
